This is the “camera car” used for shooting “The Wild One”, a 1950 Hydra Glide. Carey Loftin was riding the bike while Hal Mohr was the cameraman. I have an original 1953 8×10 photo of this from Columbia Pictures, seen here in better quality.
Carey Loftin was also a Hollywood stuntman and used to race at Bonneville. Hal Mohr is one of the famous cameramen and has his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
