Champagne Cobbler

INGREDIENTS:

Garnish: Lemon peel

Glass: Flute

PREPARATION:

Stir the orange juice, pineapple juice and maraschino liqueur in a mixing glass. Add ice and Champagne. Stir again gently and strain into a Champagne flute. Garnish with a lemon peel.

This cocktail is served at Ashford Castle in Cong, County Mayo, Ireland.
