Motorcyclist Louis Nel lives in Mbombela (formally known as Nelspruit), South Africa. Nelspruit is known by some of the country’s best motorcycling roads and Louis constantly enjoyed the custom motorcycle Honda CB550F.
Louis works as an accountant in the field of trade, but in recent years has devoted all his spare time in customizing motorcycles. Two years ago, he saw a motorcycle Wrenchmonkees CX500, and in the consciousness of Louis something shifted. Customizing completely overwhelmed him. Together with his brother, he bought a motorcycle Honda CX500 and redid it, studying the ins and outs of the process. Motorcycle went to his brother, but for myself Nel bought Honda CB550F Super Sport 1976.
Louis received a bike in parts. The previous owner was trying to restore from Johannesburg Honda CB550F, but it did not work. Thus, having received all the details, Louis went to work and customized it. He cleaned the frame, sub frame reworked and built a new saddle, whereupon the local master paint his body.
