Shamrock Sour

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz Basil Hayden’s Bourbon
  • .5 oz Green Chartreuse
  • .5 oz Lemon juice
  • .5 oz Grapefruit juice
  • .5 oz Agave syrup (one part agave nectar, one part water)
  • .25 oz Egg white (about half of an egg white)

Garnish: Mint sprig and lemon wheel
Glass: Double rocks

PREPARATION:

Add all the ingredients to a shaker and shake without ice. Fill with ice and shake again. Strain into a double rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and a lemon wheel.
